Fees for MAHOVA in Richmond VA

Our community charges an entrance fee and modest monthly fees. Entrance fees have a wide range ($36,000 to $279,900) and are largely dependent upon the size of living quarters, style of residence and services required. In certain circumstances, a portion of entrance fees may be refundable on a prorated basis for an established period of time following admission. Monthly fees also have a wide range (currently $2,355 to $11,770) and are determined based on services requested or required
